MAGMA carries out a process of biological treatment of suspended cultivation to eliminate organic material, which consists of producing active mass of microorganisms, capable of degrading waste aerobically.
The use of diffusers creates an aerobic atmosphere in the reactor, originating a state of complete mix and favouring the elimination of contaminants in industrial water waste.
Apart from this, there is also a reactor which produces a continuous oxidization of organic material, producing two effects: the biological degrading of bacteria which exists in the mix, by air pressure injection in the waste water of the biofloating reactor.
Apart from this, the process has forced systems in order to produce a continuous liquid in optimum conditions. The installation has two membrane filters (MBR) in order to increase the exiting capacity of the water in the system.
